George Kelly, LPC

(Children - teens - adults) (In person & Telehealth)

Counseling provides a unique perspective on enhancing your overall well-being. Having trust in someone to speak to can often be difficult and intimidating. We are here to ease the fears of expressing feelings. Together we will strive to promote a positive atmosphere and build trust within a therapeutic environment.

We will strive to identify areas of concern, discuss ways to cope with stress, anxieties, and depressions. One thing I know about feelings; no one person is immune to feelings. What makes us unique as people, are the ways we cope with them. Our counseling sessions will focus on increasing skills in emotional regulation, relationship building, handling conflict, social skills, building hope, increase coping skills, increase positive behavior, increase motivation, and expressing feelings.

Together, we will overcome obstacles and tackle barriers to achieve positive wellness.
